Directly and primarily dealt with Sue Hill — only through her with Long Realty.

Sue has been totally amazing. She’s guided us through the entire process, connected us to others who can assist and made us feel welcomed to our new community.

Wow! I cold-emailed Sue Hill about a property we wanted to see. Sue called me back 15 minutes later! And we were off and running. Sue is a superb realtor. She is highly responsive to any queries---and was an excellent tutor at walking us through the intricacies of inspections, how to structure a competitive bid... all the way through the close. We never felt there was a stupid question---Sue took each and every question thoughtfully (it may be her billionth deal, but she understood that we were novices, and answered all questions carefully.) My husband and I felt right from the beginning that Sue wouldn't let us get into hot water---and we were right! Now, we have a beautiful property and an exciting new adventure. We enjoyed working with Sue---she's sharp, funny and attentive to details. Perhaps more than any of these things, Sue Hill is a woman with integrity.

Sue was, above all, totally honest with us, supporting and enhancing our decisions with her wide breadth of market experience and knowledge. We never doubted her judgments and had total confidence in her. We have become good friends, even though her golf could use some work...... Can only judge Long Realty by the support it gave Sue. Wise company.....

Sue Hill is an amazing person and Realtor. Her knowledge of the market and the area helps you make the right decisions. Her communications keeps you informed. Her commitment to your needs makes you feel like you are her top priority at all times.

Sue is a wonderful person and a great realtor. She really did a phenomenal job making us feel comfortable with the process or buying a piece of land. She is extremely knowledgeable, she stuck with us for the entire process, even now post purchase. We continue to have a great relationship with her

Sue Hill could not have been more helpful in advising me, and finding a buyer for the Pusch Ridge lot. Sue is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful; while at the same time establishing a very comfortable, trusting relationship. I greatly appreciated her work ethic and assistance. Growing up myself with a father in real estate, Sue respected my preconceptions and limited knowledge, and answered all of my questions. Living across the country, I greatly appreciated her updates and communication with me. Lynn Gutches Snowden Columbus, Ohio

Sue is one of the best

I haven't bought or sold Real Estate in decades, so I was impressed at the smoothness of the transaction, especially during COVID. Sue Hill was there at every twist and turn. John J. Swain
