Sue Francisco's knowledge on the WNC market has always helped us buy and sell. She has always done fantastic work for us. We are so grateful for her expertise and professionalism. We will continue to work with Sue in future transactions.

Sue herself is an exceptional person, however we felt her care and experience made all this so exciting and wonderful! Thank you for taking care of us in such a great way! It meant so much to both us!

She was available when I needed. She went above and beyond the service required. Highly recommend her.

In this challenging real estate market, it is critical to have the right realtor working on your side. Sue Francisco proved to be that person. There was never any question that she was devoted to our best interest in finding the right property for us. As we were looking for properties “sight unseen” from overseas, it was particularly crucial to have someone trustworthy on the ground. Sue was the right choice.

Very professional, always answered my questions, called and text back with answers!

I am in awe of your agent Sue Francisco. She has gone above and beyond since day one. I cannot begin to tell you all the extra things she has done for me. See, I am from out of town. I purchased the home sight unseen, why, because I trusted her and I knew she was looking out for my best interest. I do not ever trust anyone so easily most especially because this was the second largest purchase of my life. There was a home I liked that had just gone on the market for a few hours, I expressed interest, she immediately went to the home to view on my behalf. Immediately took action, and because of this, no one put in the first bid but me. I know that I will recommend her, without hesitation, to any of my friends that show an interest in moving to Western North Carolina.

Your realtor, Sue Francisco, went ‘above and beyond’ helping me find a home. She could not have done any more for me, an elderly widow with limited knowledge of this process. If I need to buy a home in the future, I will call her. She is so kind and helpful.

above and beyond amazing! walked us through the process , addressed all questions and concerns but with a personal touch! every detail was carefully thought out, issues mitigated and handles quickly - basically, we showed up to sign and pay- Sue did everything else. she will always be part of our family and welcome in our home that she helped us buy!

Sue Francisco is the best realtor ever.
