Despite the trauma of selling my home of 24 years, my journey on to the next phase in my life was made a bit more tolerable having Sue by my side. I have known Sue for years, but I have never interacted with her as a realtor. I contacted her almost a year before I was ready to sell to ask her opinion on how I should proceed. From the beginning she was very helpful, supportive, patient and sympathetic while all along maintaining a professional take on the process. Over the course of a year I had my emotional ups and downs but Sue remained a steady, strong, and important resource to get me on the right path to prepare my home for sale. All that time, she offered her opinions but I never felt she was pressuring me to do anything. She knew what I was going through and checked in once in a while to see how I was doing. When it came close to listing my property, Sue ramped up her game and came in very confidently and reassuringly. I leaned on her emotionally and professionally, and she delivered big time. I knew I had greatly appreciated her friendship, but I really appreciated her professionalism when it came down to the nitty gritty of the details of home sale. She walked me through it every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better support. She made the sale of my home successful and as pain free as possible. I will always be thankful for her getting me through that rough time.
