Sue provided a super high level of support throughout the process. Identifying homes that fit our criteria and also being transparent with any issues or concerns.
During the buying process, Sue’s experience and negotiations were extremely valuable from identifying options for attorneys, inspectors etc to the actual contracting process. In addition the negotiations were protracted and Sue enabled us to stay on track despite dynamic circumstances.
My overall sentiment is that Sue is a top class professional. She was available 100% of the time (and sometimes more!) and always made our needs her priority. Her empathy was evident throughout and her smile and laughter were contagious.
