If I could, I would give Steven Kruse 100 stars, not just a mere five! I was very iffy about moving, afraid actually, to get caught up in the chaos of everything that "moving" means, not the least of which is your loss of sanity for weeks on end. So although I did want/need to move (for reasons that could fill a book-won't bother you with details), I wanted to be put into a coma while somebody else did everything about the move from start to finish. Pure chance brought me to Steve, he saw my fear, and immediately began to work with it. "I'll get you through this-it's a process", he would tell me over and over, and a day at a time, he kindly and skillfully guided me through that process. Steven Kruse is awesome! He came to our house and told us exactly what changes we needed to make to get our house sold. The staging by Sandy Kruse was wonderful; even loaning us some pieces to make each room feel as if you want to live there. Steven also completed many of our home repairs himself as we were on a pretty narrow time line to sell our house. He is much much more than a realtor who sticks a for sale sign in the yard. He takes each sale personally and goes above and beyond to do what it takes to sell your house! I've never seen such honesty and focus from any agent! He IS the best!!
