We had the pleasure of working with our realtor Mr. Guthrie, and couldn't be happier with his services. From the moment we met him, his professionalism and knowledge of the market were evident. He guided us through the entire process of selling our lake cottage with ease. His attention to detail was excellent and he kept us informed all along the way. The end result was a relatively quick sale at a great price. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor.
Steven Guthrie was awesome. If I could give him 100 stars I would. He went above and beyond. He communicated with us, took care of everything and made a stressful time easy. Katie Macron the sellers agent was great as well.
Steven Guthrie was a joy to have looking for us. Helpful inn every respect...and kept on top of everything! when anyone asks us...we're going to send them to your agency and Steven Guthrie in particular!!!
