Steve was absolutely AMAZING. He made me feel completely comfortable when buying my first home. He notified me on everything and answered all of my questions no matter how many times i asked the same question. I truly felt like he went above and beyond for me when helping me out. 10/10 🏡 Will be using him in the future!
Steve was absolutely incredible! The time he put into selling our condo in 2 1/2 months still has us pinching ourselves. He hosted numerous open houses, weekly updates, answered every question and it was all seamless for us. He has a wonderful, charming personality and we now refer to him as “The Miracle Man”. As a single Mom with two small boys it’s sometimes hard to find the time to house hunt. With Steve I told him everything I was looking in a house including price point. He stuck to my wants and needs. He even reminded me of a few I had mentioned when I myself was over looking them. I was working midnights at the time and on the Saturday after work he picked me up at my apartment with coffee waiting in his truck. I would use Steve as a realtor again in a heartbeat. I actually thanked him again a few months ago when I went to buy a car and was more stressed out alone durning that process than I was in the house search. He doesn’t just want the sell, he wants you happy, and that speaks volumes. We are over a year since I worked with him and he still checks to see how I’m doing. 💙
