Steve is an excellent, experienced, very knowledgeable real estate agent. He is thoughtful, kind, helpful, attentive and made the home-buying experience super easy--a pleasure even. We would highly recommend working with him!
Steve Nevarez provided amazing service and the utmost professionalism from the very beggining to the close of the transaction. At every point in the process he educated, coached, counseled and negotiated always with our best intentions in mind. Would highly recommend to any one looking to buy or sell a home.
I met Steve at an open house in 2012. He was a seller's agent. I asked him if he could hlep me find a home and he said "yes". Since then, he helped me buy my first home, sell my first home and buy my second home. He patiently guided me through the whole buying/selling processes. He also has resources such as lenders and contractors that were helpful and convenient. I am sure I will work with him again within a couple of years to sell my second house and buy third house.
