Stephen Schlater at Keller Williams Advisors Realty made our FIRST home buying process easy and smooth! His guidance and help was very much appreciated. He is the BEST realtor we could’ve hoped for-going above and beyond!!! We have loved working with Stephen-He was very patient walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. Stephen was knowledgeable, helpful and made this process incredibly easy. We can not say enough great things about him! We’ve already referred family and friends to Stephen, and will continue to do so with confidence in the future. We’d also like to add a “Shout-out” for Tim Peff, also with Keller Williams- He too was incredibly flexible, helpful, and knowledgeable! Tim stepped up as our showing agent, assisting Stephen, to ensure we never missed out on a Home! He also responded to each issue that came up immediately. He is very professional at every step of the process. We can recommend Tim without reservation.
