When we started the process of selling our home, we selected Stephanie Tice at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty.  She impressed us with her understanding of the market conditions and trends in our area as well as her track record of selling homes quickly.  We visited a couple of homes she was showing and saw the high quality of preparation by her and Kimberly Ghazvini.
