Thank you for your kind letter and making the donation on my behalf to those in need. I recently closed on my dream home for my Mom and me. After losing my Father during the pandemic, my Mother thought that her days of traveling to Florida were over. I wanted to find a place our family could go to and enjoy together. With the extremely tricky Sarasota housing market, I was not sure the dream could be a reality. Then I met Stacy Liljeberg. Stacy understood all my specific needs from the beginning and wanted to make sure I found a home my Mom and I would love. Stacy visited places before I arrived. She helped me understand the market and how to prepare to strike quickly.   When I arrived for two weeks in February, Stacy picked me up and dropped me off each day, showing me homes that were in my profile. It was easy to see that she is genuine and honest and has extensive knowledge of the market. She helped me understand Sarasota and all it has to offer. She showed me over ten houses and brought me to homes that were the best fit in a time of very low inventory. She collaborated with me as if we were partners in an investment together. She even identified realtors who had listings coming on the market so I could act quickly. The home she ultimately found me fit my needs perfectly.  Once we were able to put an offer on it, she helped me get the best value and even be there for the inspection and appraisal to identify where we could increase the value. Through the whole process, she gave me peace of mind, which is hard to do during what can be an emotional and stressful time. She took a lot of the responsibility that I, being remote, could not easily do. Stacy prepped the Appraiser so he could understand the community with comparables. She introduced me to Matt Lambert, who was also paramount to securing my dream house. Matt provided a professional and personalized experience that went the extra mile. Stacy has gone above and beyond after the closing by offering to help me with lining up contractors, deliveries, and utilities.  When I arrive in April, I do not need to worry about many of the headaches of new home buyers. In Stacy and John, I not only had a five-star realtor experience but also formed relationships with friends for life.

Stacy is knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. She is quick to respond to emails/texts, which is appreciated. Her experience in the local real estate markets has great value.

I am pleased to be able to tell you how thankful we are to have had Stacy Liljeberg as our realtor when searching for our new home in Sarasota. Stacy guided us through the process of making an offer and responding to counteroffers.  This gave us more confidence in successfully maneuvering through the current seller's market.  Stacy’s negotiation skills resulted in our being able to purchase an amazing home that we love--at a price that we can afford!  This is quite a feat in this seller’s market, and we are grateful to Stacy for making this happen for us!Cordially, Claire and Bill Spitler

We just sold our home on Siesta Key and bought a new one at the Oaks Club.  The agent who worked with us was Stacy Liljeberg out of your Siesta Key office.  We cannot say enough about how important she was to the successful completion of both deals.  Neither transaction would have happened without her hard work, persistence, experience, good judgment, professional demeanor and overall intelligence, and good nature.  We will spare you the specifics, but Stacy handled every difficult personality and every logistical nightmare with patience and aplomb. We will certainly recommend Stacy & therefore, your agency whenever the situation arises.   Best regards,Debbie & Dave Weinman

Stacy was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and she was super patient with us through every step of the home buying process. As we are on the younger side of the first time home buyer spectrum she was professional and polite in keeping our expectations realistic. We were grateful for that. We would have never been able to find something we could put an offer in on otherwise!

SALE OF OUR HIGH END Siesta Key condominium townhouse on August 18, 2020. Stacy is the best and most professional realtor I have ever used over my many years in buying or selling properties. She is an excellent communicator and always promptly responsive and professionally tenacious. . Once a buyer was found Stacy took all responsibility for arranging for and following through all P&S negotiated repair issues by arranging for plumber, electrician , handyman and cleaning person because I was out of state during time of P&S SIGNING AND CLOSING. I recommend Stacy without hesitation for anyone looking to buy or sell Siesta or other area properties. Richard Thielen

Excellent broker. Very dedicated to helping us sell our property.

Stacy is very knowledgeable about Siesta Key and we found her easy to work with...this year as well as last. This time we have had to work with her by phone, texts, Emails and photos. She made this process as easy as she possibly could have! She is patient & helpful, pleasant & thorough—“who could ask for anything more?” Marge

We just closed on a very unique home in Longboat Key, thanks in large part to Stacy Liljeberg. Stacy was constantly working to (1) understand our needs and desires in a new home and (2) be there to help us through the purchase and closing process. We were impressed with Stacy's knowledge of the Longboat/Sarasota area, including resources after the sale. But most important to us was Stacy's direct professional approach to being our advocate and support through the entire event. We sincerely appreciate Stacy as our real estate agent and recommend her highly! David & Lori Price

Stacy is a true professional...She sold us, our Grand Canal home on Siesta Key with persistent patience, and experience in resolving various sales obstacles that were involved in the sale. She knows the market and is a great asset to both the buyer and seller, in Real estate sales!
