My wife and I had an apartment in South Park and were looking for a home in Indian Trail/Monroe. I know Stacie doesn't live close to that area, but she was willing to drive out there to find us a home. I love how motivated she was to find us a home and it showed through how accommodating she was.  At one point during our search we gave her a list of 8 potential houses. She was able to schedule a visit to all of them in 1 day. Being able to visit all 8 in one day was super helpful for us as it means less time I have to take off from work. Throughout the process I asked her a lot of question (via email) and she always got back to me and never made me feel like I was annoying her due to the quantity. We currently live our house that we found with Stacie as our agent and couldn't be happier. If we ever move again, I'm asking her to be our agent!

We knew Stacie had our back when she told us the "do's and don'ts" before entering the first house. Being from out of state she asked questions or pointed out details that she thought would be different and we found that very helpful. When we found "the home" Stacie connected us with a lender, an attorney, a house inspector and companies to service items that needed repair. When we hit road blocks I would call Stacie and she would say, "let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you with an answer." Stacie always got back to us with an answer! So very glad we signed with her!

Buying a house long distance is challenging, but Stacie was always available to spend time with us when we made last minute trips to look at properties. She had valuable knowledge of the area and was always ready to personally visit properties and advise us before we did or didn't come to NC to see  them.
