It's easy to mark fives for all of these categories. The sale of my property with Stacie Duke as the listing realtor proceeded expeditiously from start to finish. She listened carefully to my goals and expectations regarding the listing price and gave me her thoughts about what was reasonable to expect in a very cooperative way.
I was impressed with how rapidly she
organized a first rate photographer, did some simple staging, and got the listings posted in short order. Her program of showing the place was very prompt as she immediately had an open house that produced good response. When we had two reasonable offers arrive simultaneously she had good advice about how to proceed. When the buyer we thought was our best choice turned out to be unable to proceed she was able to immediately pivot to the other potential buyer and produce a contract for the sale at a price that was very acceptable to me.
Throughout the rest of the process Stacie kept clear lines of communication for all documents and expectations between me, my lawyer, the buyer's real estate agent, and several key people in the condo association office.
The closing proceeded very nicely.

Stacie is amazing to work with as an out of state buyer! Her patience and willingness made the whole process enjoyable! Stacie would also point out local farmers markets and fun places to eat or enjoy a coffee, go shopping, fun things to do in the neighborhood. Her attention to details when it came to looking at multiple homes is a bonus.
