This is the second time Staci and Joe helped us. Both Staci and Joe are very knowledgeable, but besides that, they go the extra mile. Both guided us through the process and made us feel so comfortable. There were things we needed helped with after closing with the first transaction and Staci was still available and trying to help even when it was not related to what they do but they helped with some resources and recommended us to great people . She goes above and beyond and that’s why I came back the second time and will keep coming back to them. They genuinely are there to help you and make the process very smooth. Staci did a wonderful job locating a buyer quickly and patiently making sure the deal got done. She was very enthusiastic and optimistic and that wore off on me too and made me believe the price we could get. I would recommend her to all of my friends!
