Staci did an excellent job in the selling of my house. There are many details in selling/purchasing a home that must be done in a timely manor and she was wonderful in focusing in on what needed to done when. I had already moved out of town and she was stellar in assisting with meeting contractors , getting repairs done and the many trips out to the property to follow up on work completed. As well as doing property listings in the many areas available to create potential traffic of possible buyers that led to finding the right family that purchased my house. Buying/selling can be stressful, but her efforts of smoothing out the potholes was truly professional . No doubt about it, her efforts alone led to the quick selling of my property.
