In a recent conversation about real estate brokerages not providing house staging, a friend suggested I get in touch with Stacey Pause. In our initial meeting in early July, I asked Stacey to justify 5% commission fees She provided me with a detailed, step-by-step marketing plan, which included staging and other unique services, such as daily updates, real estate agents' open house, and flowers for the gardens, to name a few. Over the course of the next few weeks, Stacey referred me to several great contractors, including window cleaners, lawn maintenance, and movers. She was also able to quickly, effectively and calmly resolve a major issue with the cleaning company I had hired. Most critically, Stacey convinced me to price my house based on current market conditions. In doing so, she able to sell house firm in 2 days!!
