Early this past spring I was offered a promotion at work but if I accepted it would have to relocate to VA. I decided to take it but couldn't decide if I should sell my house or just rent it out. I began doing some research online and stumbled across an article that Stacey had written about relocation. I emailed her and briefly explained the situation and my dilemma. To be honest the last thing I wanted was to be annoyed by a real estate agent calling me so I explained to her that email was best for now. She never even asked me for my number which was cool. We went back and forth via email and she really gave me a ton of info about the local market plus she was able to get me info from an agent in VA about prices there etc. To make a long story short I opted to sell the house and finally met up with Stacey. She was great about everything and was excellent about explaining the process so I didn't have any surprises. The house went on the end of March - there were a few different offers and thankfully Stacey was able to show me that the highest price is not always the best offer. lol (A story for another time) I accepted a great offer the 3rd week of April and closed the first week of June. Everything in life should be this easy! I did wind up using the agent Stacey matched me with and I appreciate that she took the time to find the right person for me rather than just anyone. If you are interested in getting a great offer and selling smoothly and quickly call Stacey because she really made it a piece of cake for me.
My husband and I wanted to move to a larger home but needed to sell ours first. My cousin suggested I call Stacey because she had used her to sell her own house the year before. We had only owned the house for 5 years and the value had not increased that much over time so we were worried we would not be able to afford a larger home. Stacey was so good at explaining our different options about pricing and helped us work out every last penny from potential sales prices. She really understood our situation and was such a help to us before we even listed it with her. The price we agreed on to list was a little bit higher than what the market activity supported so Stacey decided to market our home to buyers in the next county. She explained that many first time home buyers moved into our county to escape high taxes and they were willing to commute for work. The ironic part is that my husband and I moved from the next county for the same reason 5 years earlier after our wedding. Stacey was spot on with her plan and we sold 3 months after listing and for the highest sale price our neighborhood had every had. We were thrilled and so were ou neighbors because their values just went up in a snap. Don't get me wrong it wasnt a hundred thousand dollars but it was a good 30,000 more than the any recent sales. We were able to buy a big colonial with a great yard in our same awesome school district. Stacey really sets herself apart from other agents because she really takes it seriously and worked very hard to get us what we were hoping for. I should mention that when Stacey found us our new house it was higher than anything we looked at. Before she showed us she explained that the owners were very negotiable because they had been relocated to another state and that she researched it before telling us so we didn't get or hopes up. She was so smart and thoughtful and she was also 100% right. We were able to spend less than we planned on a house we never would have thought to look at. She was amazing for doing all of that for us and we are so thankful to her. You are very lucky to have her working in your office.

Stacey was incredible with our sale. Her expertise and personality truly made our selling experience smooth and easy. My parent's house had been on the market with another agent for a considerable amount of time without success and our listing contract expired. I called Stacey because she had sold several homes in our neighborhood and I wanted to get her opinion as to why our house did not sell. She was very knowledgeable about every home that had sold or was currently on the market and took the time to explain to us where ours would fit in. She was not at all pushy which we appreciated and I realized that she did not need to be because she had so much experience. We went ahead and listed with her and we were so impressed by her strong work ethic. She was with us every step of the way and that meant so much to us. She was able to negotiate everything from price to inspection repairs and she did what the other agent could not...thanks to Stacey the home sold for the highest price possible and we are very thankful. She is an outstanding broker and a terrific person.
I first met Stacey when my attorney recommended her to help me find an investment property in order to satisfy a 1031 exchange. I was running out of time and he was very adamant that she was the perfect broker to help me. He was absolutely right. That was the first property and since then she has helped me buy and sell several over the years. She has such a deep understanding about the real estate market which has been extremely beneficial to me. When I am ready to purchase I just tell her what I am looking for and what I want my 5-year outcome to be and she zeros in on the exact fit. Stacey has consistently been responsible for selling my properties higher than even I expected because of her negotiation strategies and advanced marketing skills. I will also add that when my family was growing my wife and I needed to find a larger home Stacey managed to find us a home that was not even on the market yet. That was remarkable to us because there were not many homes to choose from so Stacey once again went the extra mile with great success. She not only found us a home that was not listed but she also sold the home we were leaving quickly and higher than market value. My wife had been worried about the stress of showings with 3 small children at home so Stacey made sure that any showing was strictly for serious buyers. My wife and I were extremely pleased that after multiple offers we signed contracts 17 days after listing and Stacey negotiated the offer to a sale price that was higher than our listing price. I have many friends who have also enlisted Stacey for their homes and properties and I will continue to do so as long as there are properties to sell. She is one in a million. Thank you
