I know what you’re thinking…because I thought the same.
SinglesSki?
Is this legit?
Is this some cheesy middle-aged, pick-up, party scene in the mountains with no way out? (Not that there’s anything wrong with that).
Can these people even ski? (Or snowboard?)
Do I have to have a roommate?
Well, let me put ALL your fears to rest - these trips are what you have been missing in your life. If you find yourself without your usual ski partners because your friends, family or spouse prefer to be at the beach, have knee issues or don’t want to spend the money anymore, SinglesSki is the answer. This is first and foremost a community of lovely, active and fun people who find themselves wanting to ski and snowboard (in some cases a lot!), wanting to just show up at the mountain without having to plan a trip, wanting to make new friends and reconnect with old friends, not eat your meals alone (but there’s no pressure if that’s your thing and 2 free nights for exploring local restaurants) and just looking for more joy to get you through the winter months.
Not yet convinced? Read on.
Some of us are retired and make these trips a part of their ACTIVE retirement plans. Me personally, I work full time but now I just work to be able to ski all winter long. But some of us are much younger 😉and looking for people to ski with in amazing places - or even just want to see and be seen in and around Aspen and Jackson Hole. (See me for all the best espresso shops and resale shops.)
Keep reading if you still have doubts.
I think I’ve been on 10 trips in 4 years (I missed one year recovering from knee surgery) and am eagerly awaiting the 2026-2027 season. I have made some great friends - guys and gals - and dated a few. (Get in touch if you want tips on long distance relationships!).
Still not sure?
Well these trips are insane value for money. What’s that Visa saying? Priceless. The amazing duo - Chuck and Tracy - are your hosts, guides, friends, confidents, problem solvers and planners extraordinaire. Seriously, these 2 are legit. They lead with honesty and a customer service mindset. They just want everyone to have a good time - no that’s an understatement, they want you to have a great time. And come back again again - which so many of us do.
If I haven’t yet sold you (ps im not on the payroll), get in touch with Chuck and Tracy now. Not only do they own the business but they are so hands on - before, during and after the trips. Ask them questions - get to know them. Get yourself comfortable - I understand they’ve got some new trips planned for next season which will no doubt sell out. These trips do sell out so starting planning for next season if you’ve already put away your skis.
Oh and one final thought, you don’t have to have a roommate - you can book a room for yourself - but many roommates become fast friends so Chuck and Tracy even get that right.
Here’s to SinglesSki and Chuck and Tracy. They’ve got everything under control so you don’t have to…well everything but the weather…and they are working hard on that for next season!
