Shruti was great to work with throughout our investment property search. As an out-of-state buyer, I was looking for an investment property in the Raleigh area and found Shruti’s contact information on Realtor.com. I reached out to her and explained what I was looking for. Shruti suggested considering a new construction home, particularly because of the incentives offered by many builders. When we were ready to travel to Raleigh to view properties, she was well prepared and setup several appointments with different builders. She spent the entire day with us, driving us around multiple towns in the Raleigh area and helping us compare new construction homes from different builders. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to spend the time with us made the process much easier. Once we were ready to make an offer, Shruti guided us through the process and helped us navigate each step. After our offer was accepted, she assisted with scheduling the private inspection and was present during the inspection, owner orientation, and final walkthrough. We were very satisfied with Shruti’s support throughout the entire process.
