Thorough review of paperwork to explain it prior to signing. When nothing happened within a month of when listed, Shonda reviewed the market again to ensure pricing was accurate and advised us not to decrease price again. That we were competitive with similar properties but it was an overall slow down in the market. Communication was excellent through the entire process.
