I had Sheryl as my realtor to help me look for a home and then to look at different Home Builders in Edmond. Since I decided to purchase a lot and build a home in Town Square. Since I was an out of state buyer she went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me when I needed help when I could not get back to inspect my new home by going by and checking on the progress for me! I also was in the process of moving the day of my closing and she stood in FOR ME and handled my closing! She showed up the day I arrived with my documents, keys AND a beautiful lunch! She is NOT just your realtor….she is your friend for life! She goes the EXTRA mile and gave me lots of good advice when I did my contract with my builder too!
Hey Sis, for some reason you didn't receive a link from the testimonial tree to leave a testimonial after the closing on your home. I am working on my professional listing brochure and selling brochure and am listing all the testimonials i can. Would you please share yours? Please add that I checked in on the home as it was being built and would forward photos, etc, to keep you up to date. Did I make the buying process any easier for you? Any other comments like would you recommend me?
I found the home on line. We were out of state in Maryland. Sheryl and my sister went to look at the house and gave me their opinions. We bought it sight unseen. Sheryl was wonderful in finding a lender and everything else needed to get the house. We appreciate how easy she made the whole process, considering we were out of state

It is a fact that without Sheryl's remarkable help we would not have moved from Nebraska to Edmond, Oklahoma. My husband, Mike, and I spent a weekend on a self-guided exploration of areas in and around Oklahoma City. We were so disappointed that we threw in the towel after one day and spent the last day site seeing. We had decided to look at other states. However, on our drive back home we stopped to get coffee in what we later discovered to be Edmond, and it seemed completely different than what saw earlier in the weekend. I did a quick Google search and as luck would have it, Sheryl was the realtor I decided to contact. Sheryl immediately sprang into action and we were getting weekly listings and planning trips to Edmond. Sheryl recognized after a few trip what type of home and setting we were attracted to. The stars stayed aligned and Sheryl had set-up as our last home visit late on a Friday the perfect home. The winning streak with Sheryl continued as the buyers canceled an open house they had planned and accepted our bid. Sheryl then worked wonders with us as out-of-state buyers to get through the closing of the purchase and associated inspections and paperwork.
We bought the house in October but was not going to move in until May of the next year. This is where Sheryl exceeded her already above and beyond the call of realtor duty efforts to find out-of-staters a beautiful home in Edmond. It was our intention to drive over from Nebraska every couple of weeks, but Sheryl recognized our concerns with having an empty house over 400 miles away. Sheryl swung by the house frequently, took the trash cans out and back, and supervised any work being done. She also went to the house to open cabinets and set faucets to drip when hard freezes hit the area! Again, this level of help and care is absolutely remarkable!
We did move into the home in May and Sheryl has been a great friend in introducing us to all of the things that you need to feel comfortable and integrate your life into your new location. Sheryl has made recommendations on a range of things and we owe to her many of our favorite places - from churches to bike trails.
