Sherry is a real estate professional in the truest sense of the word. I trusted her to sell my home, which I have maintained as a rental, while I was out of the country for work. I literally said to her: you know the market, the trends, the price points, and what is required to make this happen, please do so within my limitations. She did it better than I could have expected.
