Sherri Pickard is an exceptional agent/broker, truly professional in all regards for our home purchase here in Wilmington. I wish she were the listing agent for a property we have in a different state. You are in great hands with Sherri as your agent.
Sherri was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She went above and beyond normal expectations. I would highly recommend her!
Sherry did a great job for us. The market tanked just about the time we put our Condo up for sale. She recommended our take action on some of the amenities to improve the potential of selling and that worked. She helped us with so many things. We had moved out of state, and she took care of everything. She is not only very experienced but great follow-up and no mysteries with communications. We have bought and sold many rentals as well as homes over the years and I'll have to say this was the best experience. Sherry represents a great organization, and we appreciate the successful sale of our Condo.

My agent was exceptional! She was attentive, had superb attention to detail and provided sage advice when it was needed. The sellers were not easy to deal with and my agent was always professional and provided steady and consistent feedback as issues arose. She was the "calm" in the storm when things were difficult. I found this very helpful since it has been quite some time since I bought a property. She was simply exceptional!
