Sherri was an amazing realtor to work with. Evan’s Realty is fortunate to have her on board.

We love Sherri! We met her while she was selling our neighbors home. It was love at first "visit." She was relatable, funny, considerate and knowledgeable of livestock and the surrounding land/housing needs and general area. I would definitely recommend her for the Emmett Valley.

Sherri was always professional and very nice. We have used Sherri as our Real estate agent in the past years. We have always been very happy with her Real estate performance. She has always been on top of things that was going on with our properties. We would definitely use Sherri again to be our professional realtor.

Sherri and the Evans realty team had a thorough understanding of the local market and generated a lot of interest in our property. They were very responsive to our needs throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better agent. If you want to sell your home go to Evans Realty and ask for Sherri. You'll be glad you did!

I have enjoyed working with Sherri as my realtor for both selling and buying property. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the process easy with clear communications and market advice. I highly recommend Sherri.
