What a seamless and incredible process! Every aspect moved forward like a well oiled machine. This was my first experience selling a property. On August 1, the property went on the market and on August 8 the property was sold! In Florida, the title companies take over and do all the closing paperwork. The company Shelly uses is not only professional, but they do not miss a beat. They were phenomenal in their execution of every detail.
