Shelley was highly motivated throughout the transaction from listing, preparing marketing materials, engaging other agents, making the home available for showings, and keeping me informed about the reaction of visitors. She was extremely patient with the naturally expected frustrations of an eager seller. She was very helpful in and throughout the negotiations process which led to an acceptable conclusion for both me as the seller and also for the buyer. I genuinely believe she liked the property and that showed in the way she presented it. The result of the above, was that the sale of my home set a new bar for pricing in my neighborhood, one never approached previously.
Even after the conclusion of negotiations, Shelley arranged for me to meet with the buyers to review the home and to identify where unique controls were located and how specific features were selected and operated. I think this put a nice bow around the entire transaction.
While we have no intention of ever purchasing another Mequon home, I would strongly recommend Shelley to anyone considering purchasing a property in the area she serves, and would be willing to discuss this recommendation with any potential buyer or seller.
