Shelby was AWESOME. Shelby is the best, and we have worked with many realtors in our lifetime!! She is extremely knowledgeable, motivated and has excellent communications skills. Can't believe we found her by happenchance. Initially we had chosen a local realtor to sell our house; however, he insisted that we list our house considerably much lower than we had anticipated due to his assessment of comparable homes in our area. We were not happy with his conclusion and therefore found Shelby holding an open house the next day. When we asked her to give us an estimate of her listing price, she immediately came right after her open house. After doing her homework with comparable homes in our area, she agreed with us that our listing price was within the range of a fair price and felt she could sell it fast. She was correct, and we sold our house for what we wanted. Be cautious of "top-rated" realtors; they may be after THEIR interest rather than YOUR interest!
We met Shelby Bohr at an open house when we very first started looking at houses to buy. She was outgoing, friendly and inquisitive, but not at all pushy. She followed up with us, but again no high pressure sales. She was great at responding quickly to any questions we had through the entire process. She helped us sell a house & buy another.
