Sheila was amazing!!!

I was so fortunate to have Sheila as my Realtor. As a first time home buyer with little knowledge about how to find the right place, Sheila personally drove me to every showing and helped me find the right condo in the right neighborhood for the right price. I very much appreciated her professionalism and knowledge. Sheila advised me on how to negotiate to get to a price I was comfortable with. She also gave me tips on cosmetic changes that I could make to the condo. Sheila made my condo purchase as simple and successful as possible and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again Sheila!

Most attentive and professional real estate services that I have used. Sheila made the process of renting your home smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

Sheila is the best of the best! After interviewing many, I chose Sheila to help me purchase our first home five years ago. She found the perfect home in a tight marked and helped negotiate a great price. When our needs changed and it is was time to sell she is the only agent I considered. Her ability to time the market, choose the highest yet competitive price, and excellent marketing skills yielded multiple offers. Our home ultimately sold over asking price, and I couldn't be more thrilled!

Patience, perseverence and kindness were all redefined for us during our time spent with Sheila. The old metaphor that you have to "kiss a lot of toads before you find your handsome prince" best sums up our months-long quest to find the right house. No matter how discouraged we got, or how many times we asked to see another property, Sheila's upbeat attitude and positive outlook never wavered. She compiled countless competetive market analyses for our many "almost right" houses. She kept us going and focused when we were ready to throw in the towel. Sheila ALWAYS had insight into a property - its plusses, its flaws - and always went the extra mile to help us evaluate each property. In an industry that is 100% service, Sheila is the GOLD STANDARD.

Sheila is the best agent in the business! I have known her for over 10 years. We have tried several times to sell my unit and purchase other places over the years but for one reason or another things did not go through. In the last year I was able to find a unit in the building I wanted and when I finally put my unit on the market I received two offers almost immediately and it was sold within 3 days. Sheila is very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. She really has her pulse on the market and is very easy to work with. She responds in a timely manner and negotiates to get you the best deal possible. I can't thank her enough. Sheila - thanks for all you help in making this possible. WE FINALLY DID IT!!! :D

Sheila Price is beyond what any client could ever hope to get with a realtor. She is the epitomizes of professionalism, expertise, and experience. I didn't realize how important the reputation of an agent was until I started my housing search as a new buyer. Sheila is very respected and often had early knowledge of properties that came on the market. She is also a great negotiator! My housing search was long and very stressful at times due to personal circumstances. Sheila was very patient and reassuring throughout the process. She made my experience with Baird & Warner better than I could have ever imagined.

We had a great experience working with Sheila Price. She is very knowledgeable, cordial, and professional. I would highly recommend Sheila to my friends. She always remained positive and encouraged us throughout the process of selling. Baird & Warner is very fortunate to have her working on their team. Thank you.

Ms. Price was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend her services and Baird & Warner.

Always a pleasure working with Sheila!
