Sheila was great to work with. I informed her up front that she would need to "hold my hand" thru such a large purchase. She did not disappoint. Her patience and respect were incredible. Any question I had was answered without hesitation. If she had to get an answer from the seller, she reached out right away. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to call her again.

Sheila was personable, knowledgeable, responsive, considerate, and brilliant. There aren't enough positive modifiers to describe the positive experience with Sheila and her expertise. Thank you Sheila...contract in 3 days. Penny Hester ingram

Sheila was amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations helping navigate through the many obstacles we encountered. She was able to find people to fix and repair everything that was needed. I could not have gotten through this process without her help and guidance. I would highly recommend her.

Sheila Jacobs was a wonderful and highly skilled realtor to work with. She provided clear, steady guidance throughout our estate sale while also bringing compassion and, when needed, a welcome sense of humor. Sheila consistently went the extra mile to help with estate preparation and sale logistics, and she was always extremely positive and responsive to my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Sheila and her team at Caldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman.

Sheila was terrific! Very knowledgeable and willing to help. The last time I bought a condo was almost 20 years ago so had lots of questions. Sheila was very patient and helpful.

It was great working with Sheila. She had so much patience with all my concerns. She made the whole home-buying process very easy and stress free. And fun!

Sheila was amazing to work with and helped us find our first home in less than a year! She talked us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions and discuss all of our options. We are so grateful to have had her support in finding our home!

The process was smooth.

Very pleased with Chris VonTrapp and his colleagues. I was selling my mother’s house after health issues required her to live in an assisted living facility, and I live several hundred miles away. Chris was extremely helpful at all points in the process and made a difficult situation much easier.
