She was with us through every step of the process from meeting with the sales rep, to being there when the inspections took place, and reviewed all contracts, as well as had the legal team look over everything for us. She had a keen attention to detail in paperwork as well as building specs, and not afraid to have the Project Manager address and fix things. After closing, there appeared to be a clerical error from the settlement team and we didn't get our owed funds wired to us as promised. My husband and I didn't know what to do and were not getting any answers when calling the contacts we had. Sheena stepped in to make all the necessary calls, even staying on hold for a half hour, to make sure the problem was handled properly. I cannot recommend Sheena enough. If/when I go though the home selling/buying process in the future, I will definitely want to work with her again.
