Shay was always pleasant, patient, professional, positive. My husband & I worked with Shay for several months looking at a multitude of houses in Tucson. We came close to committing to one & then backed out. He never showed any annoyance at our indecisiveness. He was always accommodating. Shay would meet us at a moment’s notice to show us a house ‘again’ He would answer any and all questions & research the answer if he did not know. He always said we would know when we found ‘our’ house and he was correct. I walked into the house we recently purchased and knew instantly it was the ONE. Shay even offered to help us move. Shay covered all the bases as having the desirable characteristics I would expect from a relator. I commented one time that he always dressed so well. To me if someone cares about their appearance, they care about doing a good job, whatever that might be, and that means they will do a good job for me. Thank you, Shay, you did a good job for us.
