Shayna is amazing! First became acquainted with her helping my mom look for a new place. Sadly my mom passed & then Shayna held my hand & helped us sell her apt. Can’t say enough good things about her. Highly recommend!!!!

Shayna Franco is the best real estate advisor and broker I have ever worked with! I inherited an apartment in Florida from my late mother, and Shayna just sold it for me. The market was saturated, and the apartment was in pretty bad shape, but Shayna somehow managed to secure a great deal! She explained everything thoroughly, gave excellent advice, and was available at all hours of the day whenever I had questions. Since I don’t live in Florida, she was truly my eyes and ears on the ground. She regularly checked on the apartment and even took care of other unrelated matters for me, going far above and beyond what would normally be expected. Shayna is a true spitfire and a pit bull when it comes to getting things done and protecting her clients’ interests, yet she is also one of the sweetest people you could ever work with. I cannot thank Shayna enough for all her assistance, dedication, and guidance throughout this sale. She made a challenging situation so much easier, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate professional!

Shayna is a very rare find! She is professional, responsive, intelligent and most of all truly passionate about helping her clients. We gave her an impossible task and she found us the "unicorn" allowing our Daughter to move from MN to FL with peace of mind. After all said and done, I don't belive her commissions will cover her gas expenses, regardless of that, she treated us like her biggest client. I truly appreciate all she has done for us and would not hesitate to recommend her services.
