Shawna Wagar grew up in Indiana and spent many summers at her grandparent’s home in Englewood, Florida, exploring the white sandy beaches of Manasota Key. Now a resident of Cape Haze, she is delighted to share her passion for the area with homebuyers and sellers from Englewood to Boca Grande. <br><br>Prior to becoming a Realtor, Shawna worked in hospitality management and contract law, where she developed the negotiating, organization and people skills that set her apart as an exceptional real estate agent. She chose to work with the market leader, Michael Saunders & Company, in order to provide her customers with the most powerful tools, local knowledge and international property exposure in the industry. <br>Shawna’s enthusiastic, upbeat attitude goes hand-in-hand with her sharp business acumen to ensure smooth and successful real estate transactions. <br><br>Shawna graduated Harrison College in Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing with her husband, boating, fishing and going to the beach.
