Shawn was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to return calls / texts and always on time to appointments. I felt like Shawn was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to sell me a house. Thanks for a great buying and selling experience.

The house sold very quickly. After one weekend I had 4 bids to choose from. It was discovered during the buyer's inspection that my sewer line needed extensive repair. Shawn Wilson was of great help during this trying period before closing and I appreciated his patience and expertise. I closed yesterday. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
