Shawn White.... Wow!
Prior to our trip to CdA, Karen and I had never met Shawn. While this was definitely not our first rodeo, we traveled to CdA with a list of homes that we wanted to see in different areas from CdA to Harrison. The goal was to make a purchase. Shawn was very knowledgable about CdA and all the surrounding area. After visiting just a few homes, we knew that the small one bedroom home on 3rd street was exactly what we were looking for. However, we were notified that there was an offer that the sellers had already accepted. While disappointed, we continued with our home search. Within a couple of days, we had head that the 3rd Street home had come back on the market so we decided, with Shawn's guidance, to make a strong offer given that there were two other full cash offers. Our offer was accepted!
Shawn was instrumental in the way he helped us navigate the inspection process and our resulting counter offer to the sellers that was ultimately accepted. While possibly an overused cliche, the Rest is History! We are extremely happy with our purchase and how Shawn assisted us the whole time. I like to refer to Shawn as more like a "buyer concierge", one that helps their guests with all the finer details. Shawn was great with all the details.
Karen and I love Coeur d'Alene and have a strong belief that we will be making another purchase here sometime in the future. And when we do, Shawn White will be the first person that we call! We cannot thank Shawn enough for everything that he did for us!
