Sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was on top of everything at all times, and was very committed to finding us exactly what we wanted. She worked with us over the course of several years (!) and was always supportive, committed, and available. She knew the market and made us feel comfortable and confident. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation!
As first-time homebuyers, we came into this process a little scared and unsure of how it would go. Sharon spent time making sure we understood all our options and showing us different types of places to get a good feel for different types of spaces and neighborhoods. Once we had narrowed our choices down, she spent extra time to look into any HOA fees, rules, and upcoming work to ensure we would be approved and not end up paying more in the next year. Once we had decided on the home we wanted to make an offer on, Sharon worked closely with us to help explain the process and upcoming steps and kept us up-to-date on how things were going with negotiations. She made the whole process so much easier than we could have imagined!
We also worked with Carolina One Mortgage (Scott Fischer was our Lender), and I can not say enough good things about how helpful they were. Scott spent the time to go over every line of the different steps to apply for a mortgage. It was a great process overall!
