Sharleena was fantastic throughout. She was relaxed and honest when we were looking at houses, knowledgeable about the market and the community, and had plenty of practical knowledge about the idiosyncrasies of property ownership in the Danby/Wilseyville/Cortland area (and presumably beyond). Once we'd made an offer, she was responsive and helpful, solved problems, did a ton of phoning around to figure out local services and constraints, and even arranged to have the chimney inspected and swept before closing. We're looking forward to having her as a neighbor in the community, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for rural(ish) property, especially along the 96B.
