Sharilyn did a great job in selling our house. She gave excellent advice in preparation, guided us through the initial paperwork, and kept us updated throughout. She demonstrated persistence during the showing period and was present on-site as often as needed. She kept in touch with the buyer to make sure everything was still on track as closing got near. She handled almost all of our paperwork electronically, which made it very convenient. Highly recommend!

Sharilyn and Shawnell helped my family back in 2019 find the house that we needed and were looking for. When we had a tragedy happen within our family, they were there to offer their time and heartfelt condolences to us. Because of their good job when helping us find a home, it was an easy choice to ask them to help sell our home and find us a new home. Even through a tough market, they both remained determined to find a good buyer for our home and they did that.
