We were buyers and after we found our home, Sharilyn always found time to show it to us again as we lived in another city and the house was expensive. She also is excellent at negotiation and helped us get the seller to come down on the price. We felt her years of experience and vast knowledge were truly valuable!

Sharilyn and Shawnell have been amazing. They worked with us from early October until we closed at the end of February. They did NOT have an easy job. They not only had me and my husband looking at homes but we had my parents his parents and his brother on video call when looking at homes. They made sure that our concerns were addressed as well as those of our family as they understood their input was important to us. By the end of this experience, they became like family to us. They spent Halloween looking at houses with us. Answer questions after hours and holidays. We were very well taken care off and were advocated for very well. I could not imagine going through the stress and emotional roller coaster of buying a home without their support!
