Shannon did amazing work helping us through the home buying process! We are new home buyers and it honestly could not have gone better without her help. She was available to us as soon as she could and provided much needed representation.

Working with Shannon Wilson at Illustrated Properties has been one of the best decisions we’ve made during our home-buying and selling journey. She helped us purchase our new home in Jupiter and is now guiding us through selling our home in Stuart; and she has been exceptional every step of the way. Shannon is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. She anticipates needs before we even voice them, explains everything clearly, and makes what could be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her understanding of the South Florida market is unmatched, and her professionalism is paired with genuine care for her clients. We trust her completely and couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, Shannon is the one.

Shannon is such an excellent realtor. It was so special for us to work with someone I’ve known since high school I am so proud of her and how great she is at her job. She is very thorough, detail oriented, stays on top of her deals & does everything she can to take good care of her clients Thank you Shannon for being so amazing

As a first-time homebuyer, there were so many concepts that were completely new to me. I’m grateful to have had Shannon by my side, always willing to explain each step and all the moving pieces along the way. She was incredibly responsive, taking my calls and answering texts at all hours, weekdays and weekends alike. Shannon is truly passionate about helping her clients find a home they feel great about and at the right value. Whenever the process appeared to be held up, she stepped in immediately to keep things moving forward. I highly recommend choosing Shannon if you want to feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Shannon was our first ever realtor, and she set the bar incredibly high. She helped my wife and me find the perfect home, handled every detail from negotiation to closing, and went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Her communication, professionalism, and care made what could have been stressful feel easy and even exciting. We can’t recommend her enough.
