She was always very responsive to my constant questions and she would find out the answer to my question if she didn’t have the information handy. Patience should be Shannon's middle name. We drug her from one end of Omaha to the other looking at homes that we had found during on line searches. We flew into Omaha for a whirlwind house hunting tour. Shannon was up for the task with several homes lined up to view. We appreciated that she made herself available to us for three days in a row driving 50 miles to meet with us.
