My agent was Shannon F Williams. She was great! Shannon is experienced and thorough, and also she’s just fun to be around. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. After I put an offer on the house, there was some back-and-forth with the seller regarding terms and concessions, which Shannon handled with aplomb.
Another good thing about Shannon is her knowledge, reputation, and connections within the industry. At the very beginning of things, when my first lender was not able to get me approved, Shannon recommended another loan officer. She not only got me approved, but was able to get my loan closed in less than 30 days! This was especially crucial since I was losing my lease on a home I had been renting for 10 years and needed to move out by the end of July. If not for Shannon‘s recommendation, I might still be looking for a lender and house instead of happily settling in to my new home.
