Shannon was very helpful with finding our beach house! We got her information from a flyer where she was the realtor for a community we were looking at but we actually ended up purchasing in another community, but that didn’t stop Shannon from going above and beyond to help us with all our purchasing needs. Her communication and availability to assist with questions/concerns was very reassuring. We’re from out of state, so she was willing to be our representation during times we couldn’t make the 3 hour trip and provide us updates and photos.
