Shannon did an amazing job at helping my husband and I find our dream home that fit in our budget. She did a great job at responding to calls and emails swiftly. Shannon was the "director" of our experience, she is professional, positive, keeps you abreast of everything going on, and always available, since we live in another county and trying to sell my dad's house from a distance, she made the process seamless by keeping us motivated and helped us in so many ways getting the house ready to put on the market, we have never experienced that from a realtor. She took the "worry" out of if/when the house would sale, she guided us on the decisions we needed to make on the improvements, price estimates, what we could possibly get for the house, a lot of expertise, which is what we needed.
