Shannon excelled in all phases of the purchase. She lined up 8 houses for us to look at when we weren't even sure if we could find a house with most/all of the "wants/needs" on our list, vs. having to go through the building process, and taking a year or more to get into a new house. THEN, when we realized she found the right house, between her and her selected mortgage guy Chad, they worked through the weekend to make the offer, add items to the purchase list, make the deal, and get the owner to pay us rent for a month - plus suggest a loan that required minimal down payment since our current house wasn't even on the market yet, and once our house sells we can plop down additional principal and the loan will automatically recalculate a lower monthly payment. PLUS, we were able to do a remote closing since we live 3 hours away from Grand Haven. Again, Shannon and her team did an AWESOME job!!

Shannon was incredible. She put our needs first and was respectful or our time and our home. Not only did she sell our home, she gave us comfort as we moved to the next stage of life. As a first time homebuyer, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Shannon. Buying a house felt overwhelming at first, but she made the entire process so much easier. From day one, she was honest, upfront, and always took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how many there were (there were a lot).
