Shannon Kelley went above and beyond when we were purchasing our new home. She was able to provide enough initial data on the homes that we were interested to help weed out the ones that would be a waste of time. Once we selected a home, it was not a typical home-buy. She had to help us navigate some unusual hurdles. She provided us with a list of the various inspectors to choose from and then arranged all of the appointments.
