Shane did an excellent job guiding us through this adventure as first-time home buyers. He was incredibly patient as we explored east, south, and west until we found our true north where we were meant to be at this stage of our lives. We started this journey from Utrecht, The Netherlands in September 2020 after making one of the biggest decisions of our lives to move back to America. When this process began, we thought we knew what we wanted. However, the spectrum of possible scenarios evolved as time passed based on the changing housing market conditions and temptations of simply getting a house and settling down as soon as possible. He persevered through the challenges we faced and remained optimistic and realistic from start to finish. It has taken countless hours of Shane's dedication to get us to this point - virtual tours from abroad, being under contract site unseen, numerous viewings upon our return, and two additional competitive offers that fell through, but we finally landed on THE ONE. Shane is a real estate rockstar! We can’t thank him enough for listening to us and giving us his honest opinion and expertise every step of the way on this wild ride. He has made a couple of serial renters into happy home owners. We hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future!
Shane was extremely professional and easy going. The whole process from listing to selling our home was perfect. Highly recommend to sell or buy your home!
