I cannot speak highly enough of Shanda Gilmore! None of us in the selling party live in the Charlotte area, which could have made the process daunting, but Shanda made it incredibly easy. From the initial consultation to the final closing, she provided exceptional service and support. Shanda handled every detail with professionalism, including introducing us to contractors which expeditited us getting the house to market faster than we ever would have been able to by ourselves. In addition, we experienced an issue with the home the day before final walk-thru. Within thirty minutes of discovery, Shanda had mobilized an emergency restoration service along with the appropriate contractors to address the root cause of the issue keeping us informed every step of the way, even with the distance. Her deep knowledge of the Rock Hill/Charlotte market was invaluable, and she truly worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best possible outcome. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, the entire process was smooth. I would highly recommend Shanda Gilmore to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if you’re navigating the process from afar!

Shanda Gilmore served as my realtor. Shanda is a professional. She is experienced and understands the market. My home was large and I wanted to size down. She handled everything and kept me informed. My home was listed and It sold on the first day. Shanda was great. I recommend her for real estate needs.

Shanda was recommended to me by my son. He has always given good advice and he was spot on about Shanda Gilmore. She was there for me during my home selling / buying experience. My home was listed and was sold on the first day at the listed price. Shanda was with me answering my questions, taking phone calls, and meeting me at homes to tour and look at. She made the experience easy for me and explained a number of things to me about real estate that was very helpful in making decisions. No matter when I called, Shanda was there to help and if we did not connect, she was prompt to get back. I have closed on the sale of my home and have relocated into a smaller home to size down. Shanda is friendly, sharp, and easy to work with. She is a professional in her craft. I have a new friend, Shanda Gilmore. I recommend her to anyone seeking real estate assistance and guidance.

Shanda was an excellent agent for the sale of our home!

Shanda is an excellent Realtor who did an outstanding job with our resent home sales. She was very patient with our questions and concerns, and always available to answer our phone calls in order to resolve any worries. The sale of our home could not have gone any better!

Shanda was highly recommended by another agent who I previously worked with. I had very specific needs in purchasing a new home. Without Shanda’s help and expertise, I would not have been able to find my forever home. In order to have everything work out, my previous home had to be sold. Shanda was very instrumental in everything working out. She was always supportive, quick to respond, and always happy to help! I would recommend Shanda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
