Shamayne was very diligent and positive during this process. I think she went above and beyond to sell or home and find us the right replacement home. She always quickly responded to any calls and texts when we had questions.

Chamayne was great to work with. We had a lot of questions and our deal took a long time, but she was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

Shamayne work very hard to help me put the property on the market. Great job!

Shamayne was absolutely fantastic! During our initial search, she made herself available for viewings during the times that worked best for us, which were often evenings. She made sure to highlight the best qualities of properties according to our needs and also point out concerns that would possibly be of importance to us. Early on, we weren’t quite sure exactly what we wanted so we looked at many homes but Shamayne took the time to help us understand what we were looking for and sent us her suggestions. That was how we found our home! We wouldn’t have even known it was for sale without Shamayne’s careful research and truly understanding what we wanted! As first time home buyers, we didn’t exactly know what the buying process would look like but Shamayne made sure it was smooth and efficient. We couldn’t recommend her more!

My name is Charlene Scharper. I have a Fascial Counterstrain practice here in Oakhurst. I have known Shamayne for just under 15 years and for the past ten years have had the privilege to be one of her clients. Having experienced first hand her honest, friendly and positive attitude, know that her hard work ethics, attention to detail as well as her amazing ability to problem solve believe that Shamayne is a great asset. Anyone would be fortunate to have the opportunity to have her as their agent!

I typically do not write reviews for anything or anyone, but with Shamayne Ashton I just had too! She makes you feel like your just not a number and really does put your needs first. She’s so friendly and when you meet her you feel like you’ve known her forever! To me it’s important to have a realtor who honestly wants to help you! She truly is a pleasure to know and work with!
