We are incredibly appreciative of Shamash, both for his professional expertise, and for his warm and caring approach. We are forever grateful for all his support.

Although Shamash is based in Scarborough, he really impressed us with his knowledge about properties in Durham region. He always had our interest at heart and never pressurized us to make a deal even when we liked some properties but were not 100% sure about them. Shamash is an excellent agent and goes an extra mile beyond what you would expect from a Real Estate agent. This is not only our experience but also some of Shamash's other clients that we know. We would highly recommend Shamash to anybody who is thinking of selling his property, looking to buying a property or doing both.
